竹菱康博のズバッとそれ言う！？

第6回目・後半のゲストは、海外の方をゲストにお呼びしました。
レモン飲料専門店FUKU LEMONオーナーで香港出身の曹 智傑（ソウ　チケツ）さん、同じく香港出身で同店店長の潘 慶超（ハン　ケイチョウ）さんのお二人です。
私は普段、ソウちゃん、ハン君と呼んでいます。が、ラジオではソウさんと呼んでいます(笑)

ソウさんがオーナー、ハン君が店長で2026年6月、大阪の心斎橋にレモンティーのお店「FUKU LEMON」を開店されました。
みんなに幸福を届けたいという意味でつけられたお店の名前と、インパクトのある表情のキャラクター「福猫」がポイントです。

ソウさんとは、弊社の香港のグループ会社の社長の繋がりで知り合い、
私が香港に行く度に、彼が大阪に来る度に会って、
食事したりお酒を飲む間柄です。
そして、ソウさんは香港では弁護士としてお仕事をされているのです。
そんな弁護士ソウさんが、なぜ大阪でレモンティーのお店を始めたのか？について聞きました。

また、「レモンティーのお店」と聞いてもピンと来ない方もいるかと思いますが、日本人がイメージする”レモンティー”とはちょっと違うのです。
多くのスライスレモンとお茶を絶妙なバランスで入れ、
最後にシェイクすることで爽やかな香りと甘酸っぱさを感じられ、
日本のレモンティーのイメージを覆す、新感覚のドリンクです。
レモンとお茶へのこだわりについてもお話いただきました。

今は香港と日本を行き来しているソウさんですが、ゆくゆくは日本に住むべく、日本語学校に通っています。
そしてビジネスパートナーのハン君は、現場を全て仕切り、ソウさんのサポートもしながら、右腕として頼もしい存在。
このお二人が力を合わせて異国で頑張る姿を見ると応援したいと思います。

香港の大学を卒業後、金融関係の会社に勤めながら、弁護士資格を取得し、現在は民事・刑事問わず幅広い案件を担当。日本が好きで特に大阪が大好き。
頻繁に大阪に来るようになり、心斎橋に自分のお店を出すことが夢で2026年6月、ついに実現。
現在は二足の草鞋を履きながら、日本語学校にも通い、将来は日本に住むことが、次なる夢。

This time, we invited two guests from overseas.
The two individuals are 曹 智傑（Mr. Sou）, the owner of the lemon beverage specialty shop FUKU LEMON, and 潘 慶超（Mr. Han）, the shop's manager; both are originally from Hong Kong.
I usually call them Sou-chan and Han-kun, but on the radio I refer to them as Mr. Sou (haha).

 Mr. Sou is the owner, and Mr.Han is the shop manager, they opened a lemon tea shop called "FUKU LEMON" in Shinsaibashi, Osaka in June 2026,
The shop's name reflects their wish to bring happiness to everyone, and its distinctive mascot, the expressive "Fuku Cat," is another memorable feature.

I first met Mr. Sou through the director of our Hong Kong company. Whenever I visit Hong Kong or he comes to Osaka, we get together to enjoy meals and drinks.
What makes his story even more interesting is that Mr. Sou works as a lawyer in Hong Kong.
So I asked him why a practicing lawyer decided to open a lemon tea shop in Osaka.

Also, when you hear "lemon tea shop," you may not immediately imagine what it is, because it's quite different from the lemon tea most Japanese people imagine.
By combining generous slices of fresh lemon with tea in the perfect balance and finishing it with a shake, the drink delivers a refreshing aroma and a sweet-tart flavor.
It's an entirely new take on lemon tea that challenges the conventional image of the drink in Japan.
They also shared their commitment to using high-quality lemons and tea.

Although Mr. Sou currently travels between Hong Kong and Japan, he is attending a Japanese language school with the goal of eventually living in Japan.
Meanwhile, his business partner Mr.Han oversees all of the shop's daily operations while supporting Mr. Sou every step of the way, making him an indispensable right-hand man.
Seeing the two of them work together and pursue their dream in a foreign country makes me want to cheer them on.

Mr. Sou, owner of the lemon beverage specialty shop FUKU LEMON
After graduating from a university in Hong Kong, he worked at a financial company while earning their qualification as a lawyer. Today, he handles a wide range of both civil and criminal cases. He has a deep love for Japan, especially Osaka.
As he began visiting Osaka more frequently, he dreamed of opening his own shop in Shinsaibashi—a dream that finally became a reality in June 2026.
Currently balancing two careers, he is also attending a Japanese language school. His next dream is to live in Japan.

Mr. Han, manager of the lemon beverage specialty shop FUKU LEMON
Having developed a love for Japanese anime and culture, he began studying Japanese and moved to Japan in 2016.
While working at a Japanese company, he met Mr.Sou and joined the launch of "FUKU LEMON" to help bring Mr.Sou's dream to life.
Currently, he is handling all aspects of the shop’s operations as the shop manager.
